The Centre, Feltham Gets Police on Their Bikes

The Centre, Feltham and Reliance Security have joined forces and funded the sponsorship of four new push bikes, as well as lights, racks and locks for the local police force.

In a bid to help local retailers and residents feel safer within the community, the sponsored bikes, which carry logos for the Metropolitan Police, The Centre, Feltham and Reliance Security, and were handed over on Thursday 21 January, will create a more efficient way for local police to travel and patrol, as well as ensuring a quicker response time during an emergency.

Lorraine Prideaux, Centre Manager at The Centre, Feltham said: ‘We are proud to work alongside Reliance and the local police in making our community a safer place to live and work. The wellbeing of the local community is of at utmost importance to us, and we hope to continue and improve our great working partnership into 2010‘.
